2018 - 2023: CEO and Director of Galena Mining Ltd. (ASX: G1A), the company’s Abra Base Metals Mine was brought through from maiden resource all the way into production. He led the key transactions to secure the development funding including an A$95 million equity investment by Toho Zinc Co., Ltd. of Japan and concluding US$110 million in project development debt facilities with Taurus Mine Finance. He also concluded key offtake contracts and awarded / negotiated the key contracts for construction and ongoing mining activities.
2015-2018: CEO of Paladin Energy Ltd. (ASX: PDN), where he optimized its operating business and completed a US$700M successful recapitalization of the company and a re-listing on the ASX.
